Decided to give it a try at BCC based on the positive reviews seen. So is my first time there & I must say I was not disappointed at all.
Melvin contacted me and listened to my sharing on the issue. Even though his Kaki Bukit outlet doesn’t have available slot for me, he still try to spare me a 1 hour time to have his colleague to take a look & trouble shoot the car (as I mentioned is nearer to my place)
After approx 2 hours wait, problem identified & rectified. And with another 2 days of monitoring, the sound has disappeared !

Great service @ BCC Sin Ming! High attention to detail and very helpful. Plus they don’t make you “change things unnecessarily”, unlike many other workshops that try to make a profit on parts.
The service at BCC old Toh Tuck Road is great. My car broke down on Sunday and gave Kelvin a call. He immediately arranged tow truck for me and left my car at the workshop. I don’t even need to pay for the tow service on the spot.
