Warranty Period

Heads up: You’ll need to pass a pre-enrolment inspection before your plan can begin. You can choose to start the warranty immediately after your manufacturer’s one ends for seamless coverage.
How to Claim
1. Visit any authorised repairer for an inspection, they’ll verify what’s covered.
2. The workshop will handle your claim directly with us.
3. You’ll get an estimated repair timeline within 2 business days.
4. No payment is needed for approved claims.
What’s Not Covered
1. Wear and tear items (brake pads, tyres, wipers)
2. Cosmetic damage (scratches, faded paint)
3. Accidents, collision damage
4. Aftermarket parts or modifications
5. Misuse or poor maintenance

Is Your Vehicle Eligible for Extended Warranty?
We’ve made it easy to check if your car qualifies. Whether it’s a trusty daily driver or a newer ride, most cars will pass with a quick eligibility check, no complicated paperwork needed.
- Coverage must be purchased at the point of sale (within 2 weeks or 100km of delivery)
- Engine capacity must be below 3000cc
- Vehicle must be from eligible makes and models
- Car must be under 9 years old or have less than 180,000km
- Engine capacity must be below 3000cc
