Accident Claims Process
In the unfortunate event of an accident, your safety comes first. Ensure everyone is safe and, if needed, call for medical assistance. Next, make a police report at the nearest station or the scene if required. This report will be essential for the insurance claim process.
Once the report is filed, contact BCC Automotive, and our team will arrange for towing if necessary.
Excellent service esp from roger! Called him at 10pm when i got locked out of the car. He sent a technician to unlock and check it for me. The next morning, he even followed up on whether the car has been fixed. Upon arrival at the workshop, car was thoroughly checked and price quoted was very reasonable.
